Common Law Admission Test i.e. CLAT 2021 written examination by the Consortium of National Law Universities was conducted on 23rd July 2021, after the completion of the examination CLAT 2021 2021 (UG & PG) has been released. Let the candidates know that the CLAT 2021 entrance exam is conducted for a total of 2 hours. 150 MCQ questions were asked in UG entrance exam and in PG entrance exam, students who qualify in the exam will be given admission in various universities according to their rank. To know the important dates related to CLAT 2021, students can check the table given below.

Candidates applying for CLAT 2021 Entrance Exam must check their eligibility criteria before applying.

CLAT Under Graduate LLB

  • Candidates must have 45% marks in class 12th.
  • SC / ST candidates should have 40% marks in 12th.
  • Candidates who will give 12th exam in 2021. Those candidates can also apply.
  • Candidates have to submit proof of 12th pass. Otherwise the National Law University will cancel the application of that candidate.

CLAT Post Graduate LLM

  • LLB / Five Integrated LLB (Hons) / Equivalent degree.
  • Candidates should have 55% marks.
  • SC/ ST candidates should have 50% marks.
  • The candidates who will appear in the final year examination can also apply.
  • Candidates have to submit proof of passing. Otherwise the National Law University will cancel the application of that candidate.

Age Limit – A  Supreme Court decision in 2017 had quashed the Bar Council’s attempt to impose an age limit. Candidates of all ages can apply for the CLAT 2021 exam.

CLAT Application Form 2021

CLAT Application Form 2021 has been released on the official website of CLAT. Students can fill the application form from 01 January 2021 to 15 June 2021. Candidates can fill the application form through online mode by visiting the official website of CLAT, consortiumofnlus.ac.in. Apart from the official website, you can also complete the application process by clicking on the application form link given above on this page. Along with filling the application form, you have to compulsorily submit the prescribed application fee by CLAT, the application form filled without application fee will be considered incomplete and such application will be automatically rejected.

  • The application fee has to be submitted online through Netbanking, Credit Card, Debit Card.

CLAT Admit Card 2021

CLAT 2021 exam will be conducted on 23 July 2021, a few days before that on 14 July 2021, the admit cards of all the applicants have been issued. Candidates have to enter registration number/application number and date of birth to download CLAT Admit Card 2021. Candidates have to download the admit card and take a printout of it. Students can download the admit card by visiting the official website of CLAT at consortiumofnlus.ac.in or by clicking on the admit card link given above on our page. Inform the candidates that without  CLAT admit cardwill not be allowed to take the examination. The entry will be available along with the admit card on the day of CLAT 2021 exam. All the necessary information related to the exam time, exam center will be given in the admit card. Along with the admit card, it is also mandatory for the candidates to carry a valid identity card to the examination center.

  • There will also be negative marking in the exam. In which 0.25 marks will be deducted for 1 question wrong.

CLAT answer key 2021

The answer key has been released only after the CLAT 2021 exam is over. CLAT answer key has been released on the official website in PDF form from where you can get the answer key and you can also download the answer key by clicking on the link given above on this page. Through the answer key candidates can calculate their marks. If students are not satisfied with any answer given in the official answer key of CLAT, they can raise an objection. Students can raise objections to the answer key by visiting the official website till July 24, 2021. If your objection is correct then marks for that answer will be awarded to you.

CLAT Result 2021

After the CLAT exam, all the candidates are waiting for the result. Let the candidates know that the CLAT result has been released a few days after the completion of the examination on the official website. Candidates can get the result by visiting the official website of CLAT or by clicking on the direct link given above on this page. The candidates who will qualify this exam will be able to participate in the further process of admission for LLB and LLM courses in 21 National Law Universities and 40 such universities.

CLAT Counseling 2021

After the release of CLAT Result 2021, candidates will be called for counseling at National Law University. Candidates will be shortlisted for CLAT 2021 counseling on the basis of merit list. After counselling, NLU will release the list of selected candidates separately. The candidates whose name will appear in the list will have to go for admission. Tell the students that while reporting at the time of counseling, they should carry all the necessary documents with them, students who will not be able to provide the documents demanded by the institute, their admission may be cancelled.

CLAT

Common Law Admission Test is known as (CLAT). CLAT is organized by National Law University. This test is conducted for admission to 21 National Law Universities (NLU) of India. Apart from this, 43 private institutes also provide admission to undergraduate (UG) and post graduate (PG) law courses on the basis of CLAT score.
