The merit list of the students will be released after the completion of the Himachal Pradesh LEET 2021 application process. Qualification & Criteria
To take admission in HP Lateral Entry, candidates have to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria.
- To appear in HP LEET entrance exam, a candidate must have passed 12th class examination with Mathematics, Biology (Zoology/ Botany) with Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects. Or
- Passed 12th class examination with Science as one of the subjects or with the subjects of Technical Science. Or
- As per AICTE 10+2 IIT under NCVT/ SCVT/ CEO will be eligible for admission in second year.
HP LEET 2021 Application Form
To apply for HP LEET Admission Process 2021, the candidate has to complete the application process through online mode. The application process has started from 31 July 2021 and the last date for filling the application form has been fixed as 17 August 2021. HP LEET 2021 Admit Card
Let us tell the candidates that admit cards are issued for Himachal Pradesh Board of Technical Education Dharamsala Entrance Exam 2021 but this year the entrance exam will not be conducted by the department, due to which the admit cards of the candidates will not be issued. Admission to the students will be provided according to the merit list.
Exam Pattern
Let the candidates know that HP LEET 2021 entrance exam will be paper pen based. Candidates will be asked 100 multiple choice questions. 4 marks will be awarded to the candidates for each correct question and 1 mark will be deducted for attempting each wrong answer. 3 hours will be provided for the exam. Candidates will be asked questions from different subjects which are as follows-
- Maths : 25 Qs
- Physics : 25 Qs
- Chemistry : 25 Qs
- General Knowledge: State – 15, National Level Questions – 10 Questions

HP LEET 2021 answer key
Himachal Pradesh Board of Technical Education Dharamshala will release the answer key after the completion of HP LEET entrance exam. The answer key is released on the official website of the candidate board http://www.hptechboard.com from where you will be able to get it. Candidates can estimate their result by matching their question answers with the answer key. With this, if the candidate is dissatisfied with any answer or question, then he can also raise his objection. Let the candidates know that many coaching centers release the answer key immediately after the examination, so that the candidates will also be able to estimate their result.
HP LEET 2021 Result
After the completion of HP LEET entrance exam, Himachal Pradesh Board of Technical Education Dharamshala will release the results on its official website http://www.hptechboard.com . The candidates whose name will appear in the merit list of the selected students will be called for the counseling stage. Students will have to appear in the counseling on the given time and date with all the required documents.
HP LEET 2021 Counseling
After the release of HP LEET 2021 Merit List students will have to attend the counseling stage. Only those students will be included in the counseling whose name will be mentioned in that list. At the time of counselling, students will have to appear in the designated institute with all the required original documents. Students who will be successful in the counseling process will be provided admission in that institute.
Reservation
HP LEET is a common entrance test. Reservation in this examination will be provided according to the category of the candidate entered in the application form. Candidates should note that if they have not entered any caste or sub-caste in their application form, then they will be kept in the general category. The benefit of reservation will be provided to the candidates under the reservation system prescribed by the government.
